Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GroveHQ you agree to these Terms. If you use GroveHQ for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
GroveHQ is a SaaS workforce platform for agricultural teams. Depending on your plan, features may include machine job tracking and GPS trails, pay-clock attendance and timesheet approval, leave and roster tools, invoices and invitations, GroveHQ Office (web console), crew messaging (office→worker), analytics/exports, and MYOB timesheet file import preparation. GroveHQ is not an awards engine and is not a substitute for your payroll system of record (for example MYOB).
3. Plans & Billing
GroveHQ is offered as a package. We provide the software; you licence it for your organisation and do not receive the source code. Available features depend on your package (for example Crew, Payroll, or Grove) and trial status. Packages may include seat limits, a minimum term, and overage charges based on billable worker activity. Optional services (for example training or payroll configuration) are quoted separately. Fees are as quoted (typically AUD, GST extra). Third-party payroll accuracy after you import files remains your responsibility.
4. Accounts & Roles
- Boss — organisation owner with full admin access
- Admin — elevated access granted by the boss
- Worker — clocks jobs and/or pay, and sees their own data (plus messages sent to them)
Keep credentials secure. Do not share accounts. Bosses/admins are responsible for lawful monitoring notices to workers in their jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not falsify job sessions, pay clocks, GPS, or timesheet data; abuse crew messaging; access other organisations’ data; disrupt the service; reverse engineer the app; or use GroveHQ for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in suspension.
6. Data & Privacy
Use of GroveHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
GroveHQ is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before a claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Contact support@grovehq.app first to resolve disputes informally.
