Crew Onboarding Guide
Follow these steps to invite new team members to GroveHQ:
- Enter the worker's email address and assign their security clearance role.
- Click Generate & Send Invite Code. This creates a secure, unique 8-character token valid for 7 days.
- The worker receives an automated email containing download links and their registration code.
- Alternatively, copy the code from the active logs and send it via external channels.
- Once the worker completes registration in the STH mobile app, their profile automatically links to your organization.
